By accessing or using the services provided by Westaura Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Engagement

Westaura Systems provides custom software development, consulting, and maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all source code and deliverables produced for a client will be the property of that client upon full payment of the project fees.

3. Limitation of Liability

Westaura Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
